    • Library Setup: Establish a self-service system for checking out and returning books, ensuring ease of use for the congregation. 
    • Collection Curation: Weed out books that do not align with the statement of faith from the National Association of Evangelicals. Manage damaged books and establish a disposal process.
    • Donation Management: Develop a process for receiving book donations and cataloging them into the library collection.
    • Volunteer Recruitment: Enlist volunteers to assist with library operations and encourage their involvement in the ministry.
    • Expansion Proposal: Present a proposal to the board to expand the library's offerings to include new books, Bibles, gifts, and art, all on a self-service donation basis.
    • Open Hours: If approved by the board, organize and post open hours during the week when volunteers are available to assist people in utilizing the library. 
    • Social Media Promotion: If approved by the Board, create and manage a separate social media account for the library, promoting its offerings and events within the community.
    • Monthly Report: Draft a monthly report of activities and events for the Board of Trustees in their role of oversight of the church.

    • Overseeing Men’s Ministry: Implementing the shared vision for Men’s Ministry. Encouraging men in all stages of life to be Christlike through instruction, example, and exhortation.
  • Other Activities:
    • Prayer: There is no substitute for the depth of spiritual resources only obtained through prayer. Pray for the leadership, the men of the church, and their families throughout the week. Embrace all activities in this role prayerfully, being full of the Spirit and staying in step with the Spirit.
    • Activity Planning: Plan and organize a variety of activities, events, and programs that will address the spiritual, social, and practical needs of men in the church.
    • Team Building: Recruit, train, and onboard volunteers to assist in leading and coordinating Men's ministry activities and events.
    • Spiritual Growth: Create opportunities for spiritual growth, including Bible studies, small groups, discipleship programs, and mentoring relationships with the guidance and support of the pastor.
    • Fellowship and Outreach: Foster an environment of fellowship among men and encourage outreach and service within the church and the broader community with the pastor's vision in mind.
    • Communication: Regularly communicate with Men's ministry participants, keeping them informed about upcoming events and activities, ensuring alignment with the pastor's vision and church goals.
    • Leadership Development: Identify and nurture emerging leaders within the Men's ministry, empowering them to take on leadership roles.
    • Reports: Produce a high level report after each event for the Board of Trustees in their role of oversight of the church.
    • Regional Participation: Seek a collaborative relationship with the Men’s Ministry Leaders in the nearby Calvary Chapels, planning mutually beneficial events and activities.
    • Personal Ministry: You will likely be the first person a man will call who needs help. Being aware of how you can help, in what ways the church can help, what the Holy Spirit wants to do, and then directing the situation will be expected.

    • Volunteer Scheduling: Establish and maintain a volunteer schedule for worship team members.
  • Potential Activities:

    • Worship Team Leadership: Lead and guide the worship team members, including musicians and vocalists, in how to have rehearsals and serve effectively during Sunday services.
    • Song Selection: Collaborate with the various worship leaders in choosing songs for their worship sets, ensuring adherence to our Statement of Faith, best practices, and preferences.
    • Rehearsal Coordination: Schedule rehearsals as needed to prepare the worship team for Sunday services, fostering a spirit of unity and excellence.
    • Technical Support: Facilitate appropriate communications with the A/V teams to ensure that all technical aspects of the worship service, including audio, lighting, and visuals, run smoothly.
    • Provide Constructive Feedback: Every Sunday, consider how to encourage and provide helpful feedback to the worship leaders and team members when appropriate.
    • Auditions: Conduct auditions for potential worship team members and make recommendations to the worship leaders regarding their inclusion in the team.
    • Mentoring and Development: Invest in the spiritual and musical growth of worship team leaders, providing guidance, encouragement, and support.
